How the Guide Works

We've built a seemless website that instantly loads information that you provide us. All a visitor has to do is scan QR code (wich we provide) and they are taken to the audio guide.

From there, the guest can navigate the pages and listen and lead about your exhibits or featured works. Take a look at an example page.

We collect the following information

• Logo / Title of Museum / Gallery
• Title of work / exhibit
• Image of work / exhibit
• Audio of work / exhibit
• A transcription of the audio

In addition, we can display the following information about the work

• Year painted / established
• Material / painting style / History
• On loan by (if from a larger museum)
• Price & Purchase Available (if being sold by a gallery)
• Other metadata around the exhibit / work

After we collect the information, we format the content and launch your museum / gallery-based website. We then provide a QR for you to use & a link to your audio / text guided website page, if you want to send it to your email audience or link it up on your website.

There's no app to load or install. However guests can add your link to their phone home screen for background audio (for longer recordings). We handle all of the data on the back-end so your guests get a fluid experience in your museum / gallery.
