Step 1
A visitor scans a QR Code
We provide a QR to your organization that links up to our audio guide. All the visitor has to do is point thier cell phone at the QR code and they are instantly taken to your curated audio & text tanscription, along with any extra information.
Step 2
The Welcome Page
Upon scanning the provided QR code, they are taken to the welcome page, to intoduce the guide & to provide any relevant information regarding your organization.
The page is built for maximum accessibility, including a large play / pause button, scalable text & audio transcription. The top navigation then matches to your curated numbers around your business.
Step 3
Numbered-based audio
Following the introduction page, numbers can be placed around your business to correspond to the matching audio. Visitors can go in order numerically, or simply choose any number if they choose to go back or skip ahead. The choice is in the visitor's hands.
There's no limitations
We are with you all along the way. From setup to launch, there's no limitation as you how many audio guides you woud like to add. You're only billed on total time recorded. Record once, and use continually.
We also make it incredibly easy to turn your information into audio. You can either send us recorded audio, or we can professionally record it in our home studio in Savannah, Georgia (for a small additional fee). It's our goal to make the most accessible, easy-to-use audio guide for your business.
And no hardware
Did we mention this all web-based? That means that there is no hardware to store and maintain. If a user has a cell phone, they can use the Audio Access Guide™. There's no additional components to install or configure.
